Key Ingredients: Each 10 ml is prepared from :

Praksepa Dravya : Lauha bhasma, shunthi, kalimirch, Pippali, Haritaki, ibhitak, Amla, Ajwain, Vidanga, Nagermotha, Chitraka, Dhataki, Madhu, Gud 

Directions for Uses:

3 to 6 teaspoonful (15 to 30ml) with equal water twice after meals  or as directed by Ayurvedacharya or Physician

AVOID : Spices, oil, stale and heavy food should be avoided.
